We tell you what your space needs, and what it doesn’t. No upselling, no work you’ll regret paying for.
The written estimate is the price you pay. Any extras (like a driving charge for outer areas) are disclosed before we start.

Your complete satisfaction is extremely important to us. We promise to do the very best job possible. And if you’re not completely satisfied with our work, we’ll come back and re-clean any areas you request.
If spots return within one month, we’ll come back at no charge.
And the price we quote is the price you pay: upfront and transparent, with no surprise charges added after the fact.
Re-cleaning must be requested within one week. Returning spots must be reported within one month.
